Efterlyses: enarmade tjetjener

Är det någon som kommer ihåg de märkliga enarmade tjetjenerna som dök upp i Skåne?

Så här hette det då, för ett knappt år sedan:

Three physically disabled Chechens have appeared in a Swedish court, suspected of smuggling automatic weapons into the country. Their car was stopped by customs officials on March 3 at the port of Trelleborg.

Ethnic Chechens, 29-year-old Aslambek Idrisov, 27-year-old Akhmed Shatayev and 27-year-old Azir Ali Magomadov appeared in court in a special session behind closed doors in the city of Malmo. Of the three men, one has only one hand, one has an arm missing and the other both hands missing.

Their arrival on March 3 at the small southern port town of Trelleborg aroused the suspicions of Customs officials. On searching a car allegedly belonging to the men, they found a cache of automatic weapons. It was then that the men were arrested.
Efter det har jag inte sett någon täckning av fallet. Sverige har vad jag förstår svårt att deportera tjetjenska terrorister/vapensmugglare/kriminella till en mer eller mindre säker tortyr och kanske död i ryskt förvar. Men någonstans måste väl männen finnas?

Kavkazcenter - som är språkrör för tjetjenska terrorledare - skrev om saken i vintras:
A trial is going to be held in Sweden on January 5, 2009 over a disabled person and the Chechen refugee Akhmed Chatayev (born 1980).

Akhmed was arrested in Sweden on March 2, 2007 as a result of provocation perpetrated by a man who is currently in Chechnya and is serving for Putin's regime. A hand gun has been intentionaly planted in Chatayev's car.

A Swedish court has tried his case and sentenced the disabled to 1 year and 6th months in the prison. Swedish authorities were going to release Akhmed as he finished serving his sentence but at that time a new inquiry has arrived from Russians.
Är det någon som tagit hand - ursäkta - om detta?
